Seasonal vegetables sautéed in butter with Manuka
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Boiled bamboo shoots
Around 200g
- Asparagus
Around 1 bunch
- Butter
10g
- Pepper

- Ground sesame seeds[Manuka honey sesame seed miso tare sauce]

- Miso[Manuka honey sesame seed miso tare sauce]

- Soy sauce[Manuka honey sesame seed miso tare sauce]

How to make:
1Mix the [Manuka honey sesame seed miso tare sauce] ingredients well.
2Thoroughly rinse the bamboo shoots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the asparagus stems with a peeler and cut them diagonally into 3cm-long slices.
3Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté the bamboo shoots. When they have been browned, add the asparagus and sauté them together, and lightly sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
4Serve on a dish and finish it by pouring [Manuka honey sesame seed miso tare sauce] onto it.
