  • Light Soy Sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • Ginger Pickled in Honey

    1 teaspoon

  • Ginger slices of Ginger Pickled in Honey

    10 pieces

  • Finely chopped spring onion

    as appropriate

How to cook:

1Add chicken broth, light soy sauce, Ginger Pickled in Honey, ginger from Ginger Pickled in Honey, and the mushrooms to a pot and bring to a boil.

2Add the beaten egg, turn off the fire and sprinkle spring onion to finish.
