Honey Lemon Sour
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Sugar
100～200g
- Lemon
3 pcs
- Honey
200g
- Pure Honey Vinegar
500cc
How to make:
1Rub lemon with salt thoroughly, wash them with running water, then cut the lemon into round slices.
2Store the ① in sterilized container with honey vinegar, honey, sugar. Shake the container to mix the ingredients well at least once a day.
3It will be ready to serve in 2 weeks time. Enjoy the mixture with water or soda as you like.
