Fried Ginger Pork in Japanese Style
Ingredients (for 2people)
- Pork shoulder loin meat
- Soy sauce 【A】
- Cooking Sake/Wine【A】
- Pickled honey from Ginger Pickled in Honey【A】
- Potato starch
- Sliced ginger (minced) from Ginger Pickled in Honey
Four pieces per portion
- Salad oil
How to cook:
1Make a shallow cut in several places between the fat and lean meat of pork with a kitchen knife.Gently sprinkle the potato flour on one side.
2Heat the oil in a frying pan, arrange the pork, and fry both sides over medium heat.
3Add [A] to (2) and gently simmer it while mixing the sauce with the meat.
4Add pickled ginger to finish and serve it on a plate.
