Bitter melon and bonito flakes with honey dressing
Ingredients (for 2～3 servings)
- Bitter melon
1/2 pieces
- Bonito flakes
As you like
- White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
- Salt
One pinch
- Mixed Flower Honey 【A】
1/2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce【A】
1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 【A】
1 tablespoon
How to make:
1Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and pulp. Thinly slice them to 0.5mm in thickness, rub in a pinch of salt, quickly boil them and blanch in cold water.
2Mix 【A】 together in a bowl, remove the excess water from step 1, add the bonito flakes and white sesame seeds, and add the dressing to finish.Adjust the sweetness as you like.
