Salmon Marinade
Ingredients (for 2~3 servings)
- Raw salmon for sashimi
Around 150g
- Onion

- Yuzu&Honey 【A】
10g
- Olive oil 【A】
12g
- Apple Vinegar 【A】
30ml
- Salt 【A】
5g
- Black papper 【A】
One pinch
How to make:
1Carve the salmon into bite-size pieces. Cut some onion thinly and soak in water, then drain
2Put [A] in a bowl and stir, then add 1 and dress well.
3Marinate in the fridge for about an hour and you're done!
