Honey Panna Cotta
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Milk
200ml
- whipping cream
150ml
- Honey
3 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract
A few drops
- Gelatin powder [A]
5g
- Water [A]
3 tablespoons
How to make:
1Combine [A]in a small bowl, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it sit.
2Pour milk and honey in a pot and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat, add [1] (gelatin) fresh cream and vanilla extract and stir.
3Stirring well, pour into cups. After it cools down, refrigerate for 2 hours, and it is done.
