Fruit Juice Infused Honey Crushed Jelly
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Fruits of your choice
About 100g
- Water
180cc
- Fruit Juice Infused Honey
3 tablespoons
- Gelatin powder [A]
5g
- Water[A]
3 tablespoons
How to make:
1Combine [A]in a small bowl, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it sit.
2Pour water and Fruit Juice Infused Honey in a pot and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, add [A] and stir to dissolve. Pour it in a cooking tray and add your favorite fruit.
3After it cools and hardens, mix it with a fork to break the jello, then it is done.
